UPDATED OPERATIONAL INFORMATION: In line with the Government's announcement on 26th Novemeber we are now able to re-open on the 5th December. Tickets are now back on sale and all visits must be pre-booked in advance. Follow us on social media for latest updates. If you need information in the meantime we suggest using our Facebook Messenger to contact us as our offices will be closed until Monday 30th November.
We continue to operate with COVID-19 secure protocols in place at Splashdown Poole. Taking due regard of the guidance from the UK Government which will allow us to open in a safe and COVID 19 secure way for our staff and customers. We are confident that we can do this and still provide a flumin' good day out!
There have been a number of changes to our operation this year which from a customer point of view includes one-way routes, additional hygiene measures, reduced visitor numbers, social distancing and online ticket booking only with timed sessions. However, we cannot do this alone we will also be requiring the co-operation of you, our visitors, to help us so that you have an enjoyable visit, and everyone feels safe.
You are required to take responsibility for ensuring that you adhere to all that is asked of you by us and to follow Government guidance and DO NOT come if you or any member of your household is unwell. We would ask that you familiarise yourself with what is happening before booking and visiting the waterpark so that you will know what to expect and whether you feel that a visit to the waterpark at this time is for you. Whilst we are taking many steps to minimise any risk, exposure to COVID-19 it is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.
It's your last chance to slide outside this October 1/2 term!
