Re-opening update: We have been reviewing our operational procedures at Splashdown Poole in line with the guidance from the UK Government to allow us to open in a safe and COVID 19 secure way for our staff and customers. We are confident that we can do this and still provide a flumin' good day out!
There are a number of changes to our operation which from a customer point of view will include one-way routes, additional hygiene measures, reduced visitor numbers, social distancing and online ticket booking only with timed sessions. However, we cannot do this alone we will also be requiring the co-operation of you, our visitors, to help us so that you have an enjoyable visit, and everyone feels safe.
You are required to take responsibility for ensuring that you adhere to all that is asked of you by us and to follow Government guidance and DO NOT come if you or any member of your household is unwell. We would ask that you familiarise yourself with what is happening before booking and visiting the waterpark so that you will know what to expect and whether you feel that a visit to the waterpark at this time is for you. Whilst we are taking many steps to minimise any risk, exposure to COVID-19 it is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.
We've been working hard to get the waterpark ready for visitors this summer! Read this article for a little glimpse into what we've been doing.
Please see a statement from our owners regarding our daily operations over the next few days.
Why get wet outside this winter when you can come and make a splash at the South's favourite waterpark!
